Pre-order Instructions

1. Select your favorite Kloisonne item and add it to your online shopping basket.

2. Provide the required details on the checkout page such as contact information, and shipping address.

3. Follow the pre-order payment instructions to select your payment method, which may involve full or partial pre-payment.

4. After completing the payment, you will receive a confirmation email to check if the order details are correct (please add KLOISONNE's email: [email protected] to your contacts to avoid being blocked or seen as spam).

5. After payment, the products will be sent out from our workshop within 30 days. You will receive an email with a unique tracking ID so you can keep track of your shipment details.

6. Upon arrival, please inspect the item for any defects or damage (undamaged pre-order items will not be returned, but if any damage is found, it can be replaced or repaired).

7. Regarding the cancellation of the reservation, you can cancel the order at will before the reservation deadline, or contact customer service to complete the cancellation process and get a full refund.

Kloisonne's goal is to fulfill all pre-orders, but unforeseen circumstances can sometimes hinder Kloisonne's efforts.
If we are unable to accommodate your reservation, we will immediately cancel it and notify you.
