Shipping & Exchange

At KLOISONNE, we offer global shipping services for all orders.

Shipping:

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days（Except Special Customization）. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package.

Exchange:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these requirements. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days.
